Job summary

• Manage probation, transfers, promotions, and employee movements.
• Ensure accurate Keka HR, payroll, leave, and attendance data.
• Conduct regular store/kitchen visits and resolve employee issues.
• Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Prepare HR MIS reports and ensure HR policy compliance.
• Work closely with Operations Managers to fulfil manpower requirements.

Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
