Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer, onboarding).
  • Recruit faculty, academic leaders, administrative staff, counselors, and support personnel.
  • Partner with department heads to understand manpower requirements and create recruitment plans.
  • Publish vacancies on job portals, social media, career pages, and networks.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future roles.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and ensure timely feedback.
  • Conduct initial candidate assessments and HR interviews.
  • Organize recruitment drives, walk-ins, and campus events.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and induction of new employees.
  • Maintain recruitment dashboards, hiring metrics, and MIS reports.

The Assistant Manager HR (Recruitment) is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities to attract, assess, and hire high-quality teaching, non-teaching, and leadership talent. The role focuses on developing effective hiring strategies, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and supporting workforce planning to meet the institution's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer rollout, and onboarding.
  • Recruit faculty, academic leaders, administrative staff, counselors, and support personnel.
  • Partner with department heads to understand manpower requirements and prepare recruitment plans.
  • Develop job descriptions and publish vacancies on job portals, social media, career pages, and professional networks.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.
  • Conduct initial candidate assessments and HR interviews.
  • Organize recruitment drives, walk-in interviews, and campus engagement programs.

Required Qualifications

Experience
