The candidate should hold a Masters in HR or MBA-HR, with Telugu proficiency and strong communication skills, and experience in hotel operations to drive employee engagement and manpower planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead talent acquisition and recruitment processes for hotel operations.

• Oversee HR department operations and labour relations.
• Manpower planning for banquet and hotel operations.
• Vendor liaison for banquet manpower (ODC) as required.
• Maintain HR policies and employee welfare programs.
• Manage retention metrics and HR MIS reports.

Role & responsibilities

• Preferably a Telugu known HR professional, qualified MHRM / MBA HR / Any Graduate with experience in the Hospitality / Hotel industry.
• Talent acquisition/ Recruitment and supporting in recruitment, hiring processes, creating referral programs, updating HR policies.
• Good at verbal & Non-verbal Communication skills.
• Experience with full-cycle recruitment.
• Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques.
• Thorough knowledge of labour legislation.
• Processing and obtaining Trade License and PPL from time to time and renewal the same.
• Implement performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual and 360 evaluations).
• Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
• HR departments budget.
• Manage employees grievances, scheduling Townhall Meetings with employees from time to time.
• Inputs to run the payroll & Statutory compliance.
• Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Measure employee retention and turnover rates
• Good knowledge of labour legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance).
• Oversee daily operations of the HR department & Time office Management.
• Manpower planning for Banquet parties & hotel operations.
• Manpower supporting for Banquet parties- dealing with ODC vendors as and when required.
• Employee welfare, handling, manpower reports, MIS report & Disciplinary compliance.
• Employee engagement activities.

Preferred candidate profile

• An applicant must be a qualified Masters in Human Resources or MBA-HR / MSW-HR or relevant, with experience in the Hotel Industry.
