Job summary

SHC Projects Pvt. Ltd. seeks a Civil/Structural Draughtsman to prepare formwork drawings for RCC elements and develop detailed layouts. The role requires strong AutoCAD 2D skills, the ability to read RCC/structural drawings, and coordination with engineering and sites in Ahmedabad region.

The successful candidate will produce fabrication drawings for MS components, perform material take-offs, and maintain drawing registers while supporting site teams with timely clarifications.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ITI in Civil/Structural drafting preferred.
• Proficient in interpreting RCC drawings and formwork layouts.
• Experience with quantity take-offs and material schedules recommended.
• Strong coordination with engineering, site execution and planning teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare formwork scheme drawings and layouts for RCC elements.

• Incorporate consultant, client and site comments and issue revised drawings.
• Provide technical support and drawing clarifications to site teams.
• Assist in monitoring formwork material movement, allocation and utilization.
• Maintain drawing registers, revision control and formwork inventory records.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience in quantity take-offs, material schedules and inventory tracking
• Good knowledge of MS Excel
• Strong drafting, detailing, coordination and visualization skills
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities
