Senior formwork professional with 20+ years of experience in formwork execution, design coordination, and resource management for residential and commercial construction.

Expert in conventional, aluminium (MIVAN), plastic, steel, climbing/jump, table, tunnel and slip form systems; strong in resource mobilisation, deployment planning, and inventory control across multiple sites; skilled in reviewing shop drawings and performing load calculations.

Job description

• A senior Formwork professional with 20+ years of experience in formwork execution, design co-ordination, and resource/inventory management, with a substantial portion in residential and/or commercial real estate construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Strong hands‑on knowledge of all types of formwork systems conventional, aluminium (MIVAN), plastic,steel, climbing/jump form, table form, tunnel form, and slip form.
• Proven experience in formwork resource mobilisation, deployment planning, and inventory/stock management across multiple sites.
• Sound experience in formwork design co-ordination, including review of shop drawings, props/staging layouts, and load calculations.
• Strong understanding of construction methodology and sequencing for residential (high‑rise/townships) and commercial (office/retail/mixed‑use) structures.
• Good understanding of safety standards and statutory requirements related to staging, shuttering, and working‑at‑height activities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools; familiarity with formwork design/shop-drawing software is an advantage.
• Strong leadership and coordination, and problem‑solving skills with the ability to manage multiple sites and vendor relationships.
