Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Record invoices & manage accounts payables in the internal finance system.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
• Bank reconciliation with ERP system data.
• Manage quality control over financial transactions and reporting.
• Documenting business processes and accounting policies.
• Keep track on Bookkeeping, Taxes & financial compliances.
• Assist in preparation of MIS Reports, Cash Flows & Other Internal Reports.
• Preparation of Prepaid Amortization, Depreciation & Other Schedules.
• Functional knowledge of Closure of General Ledgers & Variance Analysis.

About the Role

Working closely with other Finance team members, you’ll be responsible for supporting the smooth running of our Finance Department.

Responsibilities

• Record invoices & managing accounts payables in the internal finance system.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
• Bank reconciliation with ERP system data and matching of funds on daily/weekly and monthly basis from different channels.
• Manage quality control over financial transactions and reporting.
• Documenting business processes and accounting policies to maintain/strengthen internal controls.
• Keeping track on Bookkeeping, Taxes & financial compliances.
• Assisting in preparation of MIS Reports, Cash Flows & Other Internal Reports.
• Preparation of Prepaid Amortization, Depreciation & Other Schedules.
• Functional Knowledge of Closure of General Ledgers & Variance Analysis.
