Responsibilities

  • Enhancing Safety Culture: Foster and promote a strong safety culture within the solar manufacturing site, emphasizing the importance of safety among all employees and contractors.
  • Safety Management System Enhancement: Improve and enhance the Safety Management System (SMS) at the project area, ensuring it effectively identifies, assesses, and mitigates safety risks.
  • EHS Inspection and Audit: Conduct regular EHS inspections and audits to assess compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
  • Aspects and Impacts Identification: Identify environmental aspects and impacts of operations within the project area, developing strategies to minimize environmental risks and enhance sustainability.
  • Compliance Assurance: Ensure compliance with legal requirements, industry standards, and internal guidelines related to occupational health, safety, and environmental practices.
  • Incident Investigation and Reporting: Lead investigations into safety incidents and near misses, analyzing root causes and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs on safety procedures, hazard identification, emergency response, and environmental protection measures.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives in safety performance, implementing best practices and lessons learned from incidents and audits.
