Job summary

KOHLER India is seeking an Assistant Manager, Engineering Systems to design, develop, test, and deploy Power Platform solutions. You will build Canvas and Model-driven Apps, code apps, and integrate with enterprise systems using REST APIs.

Strong governance, security, and stakeholder collaboration are essential. Experience in Power Automate, SharePoint Online, and Dataverse is required, with a background in Agile environments and a bachelor’s degree in IT/computer science.

Must-Have Skills :

• Strong experience developing Canvas Apps, Model-driven Apps, and Power Apps Code Apps.
• Experience building pro-code solutions using Power Apps Code Apps.
• Strong experience with Power Automate, SharePoint Online, Dataverse and SQL.
• Good understanding of REST APIs, JSON, XML, and system integrations.
• Ability to build end-to-end business solutions using Power Platform.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-facing communication skills.

Good-to-Have Skills :

• Experience with ReactJS and NodeJS.
• Experience with web services and integration technologies.
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps and CI/CD.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and business processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve and automate business processes.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy Power Platform solutions.
• Develop integrations between Power Apps and enterprise systems using REST APIs and Power Automate.
• Develop and maintain existing applications, workflows, and integrations.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end users.
• Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with technology standards.
• Prepare technical documentation and solution design documents.

Experience & Education:

• 7-8 years of relevant experience in Power Apps, Power Apps Code Apps, Power Apps Code Apps, Power Apps Code Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint Online, and Dataverse.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
