Job summary

Dynatechconsultancy is hiring a Microsoft Power Platform Developer (Power Apps) in India. In this full-time role, you will design, develop, and maintain Canvas and Model-Driven Apps, automate workflows with Power Automate, and build solutions in Dataverse.

You will integrate with Dynamics 365, SharePoint, SQL Server, and Azure, create custom connectors, and deliver Power BI reports for insights. Strong knowledge of ALM, security, and governance is required, along with excellent collaboration

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Power Platform development experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps using Microsoft Power Apps.

• Develop and automate business workflows using Power Automate.

• Build and manage solutions using Microsoft Dataverse.

• Integrate Power Platform solutions with Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, SQL Server, Azure Services, REST APIs, and third-party applications.

• Create reusable components, custom connectors, and business process flows.

• Develop reports and dashboards using Power BI to support business insights.

• Implement security roles, environment strategies, and governance best practices.

• Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing Power Platform applications.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver innovative low-code solutions.

• Participate in solution design, code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform development.

• Strong expertise in: Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps), Power Automate (Cloud Flows), Microsoft Dataverse, Power BI.

• Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, SQL Server, and Azure Services.

• Experience developing custom connectors and integrating REST APIs.

• Good understanding of JavaScript, JSON, HTML/CSS, and C#/.NET for extending Power Platform capabilities.

• Knowledge of Power Platform ALM, solution deployment, and environment management.

• Experience implementing security roles, Row-Level Security (RLS), and governance.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400) or Power Platform Functional Consultant (PL-200) is preferred.

• Experience with Dynamics 365 CE/CRM, Azure Functions, Power Pages, and Copilot Studio is an added advantage.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
