Job summary

KOHLER India is seeking an experienced Power Platform professional to design, develop, and deploy Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse solutions across business units in Maharashtra.

You will work with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable integrations, build robust data connections with SharePoint Online, and ensure security and compliance. The role emphasizes collaboration in Agile/Scrum teams and documentation.

Qualifications

• 7–8 years of relevant experience in Power Platform, SharePoint Online, and Dataverse.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or IT.
• Experience with REST APIs and enterprise system integrations.

Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and business processes.
• Identify opportunities to automate and improve business processes.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy Power Platform solutions.
• Develop integrations using REST APIs and Power Automate.
• Develop and maintain existing applications, workflows, and integrations.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end users.
• Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and compliant with standards.
• Prepare technical documentation and design documents.
