The ideal candidate has 5–7 years IT experience, with 3+ years on Power Platform, strong problem solving, and mentoring skills.
Qualifications
- 5–7 years of IT experience with at least 3 years hands-on Power Platform.
- Experience designing and delivering business applications and automation solutions using Power Platform.
- Strong communication, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in CS/IT/Engineering.
- Preferred certifications PL-200 and PL-400 for Power Platform.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven) and Power Automate workflows.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with Dataverse, REST APIs, and external systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and mentor junior developers.
- Configure security, environments, and governance for Power Platform.
- Support DevOps practices and CI/CD for Power Platform solutions.

Senior Power Apps & Power Automate Developer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Power Platform Developer with strong expertise in Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse to design, develop, and implement scalable enterprise solutions.
The role involves end-to-end solution development, workflow automation, system integrations, technical design, stakeholder collaboration, and mentoring junior developers. The ideal candidate should have strong hands‑on experience along with a good understanding of Power Platform architecture, security, governance, and deployment practices.
- Design, develop, and implement scalable business applications using Power Apps, including Canvas and Model-Driven Apps.
- Develop complex business workflows, approval processes, and automation using Power Automate.
- Deliver Power Platform solutions throughout the development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
- Design and implement solutions using Microsoft Dataverse.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365 services, enterprise applications, databases, REST APIs, and third-party systems.
- Develop reusable components and follow Power Platform development best practices.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Configure and manage Power Platform security, permissions, environments, and governance practices.
- Troubleshoot application issues, optimize performance, and ensure solution reliability.
- Participate in technical and architecture discussions and contribute to solution design.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
- Support DevOps practices and CI/CD processes for Power Platform solutions.
- Stay updated with Microsoft Power Platform capabilities and recommend improvements where appropriate.
