Job summary

Diageo in Alwar is seeking a hands-on Asset Care/Manufacturing Excellence professional to implement strategies that standardize manufacturing processes and improve machine performance. You will drive Asset Care culture, reduce downtime, and optimize costs across facilities.

The role requires a BE/B.Tech in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering with 5-8 years of relevant experience in consumer goods manufacturing, and strong planning/execution skills aligned to global ManEx standards.

• 5-8 years of hands-on applicable experience.
• 5+ years in Direct Consumer Goods manufacturing production/maintenance.

About the role

This role is responsible for executing the implementation of Asset Care/Manufacturing Excellence strategy and specific projects aligned with the USL Performance Ambition that focuses on improving operations discipline and standardization of manufacturing processes. The outcome required is to drive an Asset Care culture that measurably optimizes machine performance, improves the efficiency of processes and reduce manufacturing costs.

Experience/skills required

Qualification

• BE/ B.Tech - Mechanical or Industrial Engineering degree

Experience

• 5-8 years of hands‑on applicable experience
• 5+ years of Direct Consumer Goods manufacturing production/maintenance experience

Knowledge & skills

• Demonstrated understanding and experience with Manufacturing Excellence principles
• Strong focus on Asset Care as well as 5S, TQM, and TPM
• Excellent planning and execution skills
