Shree Management Placement Servives is seeking an experienced Sr Engineer / Asst Manager Electrical & Electronic Maintenance in Chakan, Pune. The role focuses on leading breakdown, corrective, and preventive maintenance for CNC systems and automation in a manufacturing environment.

Ideal candidates will have 8–10 years of hands-on experience in machine shop electrical/electronic maintenance, with proven CNC troubleshooting capabilities (Fanuc/Siemens) and expertise in induction hardening systems.

Qualifications

• Education: B.E./B.Tech./Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
• 8–10 years of hands-on maintenance experience in manufacturing/machine shop.
• CNC troubleshooting experience on Fanuc, Siemens or similar.
• Strong knowledge of electrical diagrams and troubleshooting tools.

Responsibilities

• Breakdown & Corrective Maintenance: diagnose, troubleshoot and repair electrical/electronic faults.
• CNC System Troubleshooting: fault diagnosis and repair of CNC control systems, servo drives and spindle drives.
• Specialized Equipment Upkeep: maintenance for Induction Hardening Machines and related automation.
• Preventive Maintenance: design and monitor maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
• Machine Controls: modify and troubleshoot electrical panels and instrumentation.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical/Electronic Engineer to lead breakdown, corrective, and preventive maintenance operations. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in CNC systems, automation controls, and specialized manufacturing machinery to ensure minimal downtime and optimal equipment performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Breakdown & Corrective Maintenance: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex electrical and electronic faults in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• CNC System Troubleshooting: Hands-on fault diagnosis and repair of CNC control systems, servo drives, spindle drives, and PLC inputs/outputs.
• Specialized Equipment Upkeep: Manage and execute maintenance for Induction Hardening Machines and related automation systems.
• Preventive Maintenance: Design, implement, and monitor robust preventive and predictive maintenance schedules to minimize unexpected machine downtime.
• Machine Controls: Modify, troubleshoot, and maintain machine control circuits, electrical panels, and instrumentation.

Candidate Profile

• Education: B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical / Electronics Engineering.
• Experience: 8 to 10 years of solid, hands-on experience in a manufacturing or automobile component machine shop environment.
• Technical Mastery: Proven track record in CNC machine troubleshooting (Fanuc, Siemens, or similar) and Induction Hardening systems.
• Problem Solving: Sound knowledge of circuit diagrams, electrical troubleshooting tools, and root cause analysis.
