Job summary

Leadec is seeking an Asst. Manager - Operations for our Kurkumbh (Pune) plant. You will oversee utility O&M, PM compliance, and maintenance of transformers, breakers, panels, chillers, HVAC, ETP and WTP. BE Electrical with Supervisory license is required, plus hands-on ability and MIS/shift management skills. You will ensure KPI delivery and safe operations, driving ISO/5S/Kaizen standards and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• BE Electrical degree with Supervisory license.
• Experience in utility O&M and plant maintenance.
• Experience in adhesives/chemical manufacturing maintenance.
• Able to lead site operations in absence of Site In-Charge.
• Familiar with ISO, 5S, Kaizen and safety standards.
• Willing to perform manual work when required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee KPI and scope delivery when Site In-Charge is on leave.
• Ensure Utility Equipment performance and PM compliance.
• Maintain utility equipment: Transformer, Breaker, Panel, Compressor, Chiller, HVAC, TFH, HWG, ETP, STP, WTP.
• Manage adhesives/chemical plant maintenance activities.
• Support MIS reporting, presentations and shift management.
• Adhere to safety and 5S Kaizen standards.
