Qualifications

• Engineering graduate with 10–20 years of experience in Dispatch / Logistics / Manufacturing.
• Strong exposure to dispatch planning, yard management, and transporter coordination.
• Hands-on experience in PDI, machine readiness, documentation, and loading operations.
• Good knowledge of FIFO, vehicle utilization, dispatch safety, and cost control.
• Strong team leadership, coordination, MIS, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily dispatch planning and achievement as per customer priorities.
• Ensure machine readiness, PDI clearance, and documentation before dispatch.
• Manage vehicle placement, loading, route planning, and transporter performance.
• Control dispatch yard, FIFO, machine movement, and inventory accuracy.
• Drive cost reduction, delay analysis, safety, and continuous process improvement.
