Job summary

Topgear Consultants in Navi Mumbai (Seawoods) is seeking an Assistant Manager Operations Applications with 5–10 years of experience to provide day-to-day functional support for business applications. You will be the primary contact for user queries, coordinate with Central IT, and help implement enhancements.

You will oversee incident resolution, UAT, user training, and documentation. The role requires strong communication, analytical skills, and the ability to work with cross‑functional teams

Assistant Manager Operations Application

Experience: 5 to 10 Years

Role & responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day functional support for business applications and ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for application-related user queries and issue resolution.
• Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve application issues by coordinating with business users and the Central IT team.
• Understand business requirements and support the implementation of approved application enhancements.
• Monitor application performance and ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate system changes before deployment.
• Conduct user training and provide guidance on application usage and best practices.
• Prepare and maintain application support documentation, user manuals, and standard operating procedures.
• Support system upgrades, releases, integrations, and change management activities in coordination with the IT team.
• Work proactively with business stakeholders to improve application utilization, operational efficiency, and user satisfaction.
• Escalate critical issues to the IT team and track them through to resolution.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelors degree in information technology, Computer Science, Computer Applications, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in operations application support, business application support, or enterprise application support.
• Experience supporting CRM, ERP, or other enterprise applications such as Salesforce or similar platforms.
• Good understanding of business processes and the ability to analyze and resolve functional application issues.
• Experience in incident management, user support, testing, and application lifecycle support.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and Central IT stakeholders.
