Job summary

Broadway Malyan in Mumbai seeks an experienced Drawing Coordinator to lead detailed architectural drawings for large-scale construction projects. With over 10 years in the architecture industry, you will interpret complex plans, coordinate with architects, engineers, and MEP teams, and deliver precise, standards-compliant drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.

You will prepare 2D and 3D drawings across SD, DD, Tender, and GFC stages, ensuring accuracy and consistent documentation while contributing

Qualifications

• Diploma/ITI in Civil or Architectural Draftsmanship.
• Over 10 years of experience in architecture drafting.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Experience with high-rise buildings and large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and develop detailed 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Work on SD, DD, Tender and GFC drawings.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers and PMs to incorporate design changes.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with Indian standards, NBC and regulations.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Drawing Coordinator with over 10 years of experience in preparing detailed technical drawings for construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AutoCAD, Revitand other relevant software. They should be able to interpret architectural and engineering drawings, coordinate with teams, and ensure high-quality, precise drawings as per industry standards and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and develop detailed 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Ability to work on packages like SD (Schematic Design), DD (Design Development), Tender, and GFC (Good for Construction) drawings.
• Work on architectural detail drawings in coordination with structural, MEP & landscape drawings.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant Indian standards, NBC, and municipal regulations .
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project managers to incorporate design changes and resolve technical issues.
• Develop and maintain a library of standard details and templates for efficiency in drafting work.
• Prepare detailed working drawings, as-built drawings, and submission drawings.
• Liaise with site teams, consultants for design clarifications.
• Ensure proper layering, dimensioning, and annotation in CAD drawings.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma / ITI in Civil / Architectural Draftsmanship.
• Over 10 years of experience in a similar role within the architecture industry.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and other relevant basic software.
• Ability to work with architects and coordinate with structural engineers, MEP engineers.
• Experience in high-rise commercial & residential buildings and large scale projects.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
