Job summary

Hiresquad is seeking a skilled architectural draughtsman to join their team in Thane, Maharashtra. The role focuses on producing design and working drawings, along with presentation drawings, with 3D modeling as optional.

You will collaborate with architects and technicians to deliver accurate, detailed drawings. Ideal candidates have at least 5 years in architectural consultancy, strong drafting abilities, and proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Corel Draw, Photoshop, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 5 years experience with architectural consultancy firms.
• Strong drafting abilities; able to work in team or alone.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and other design software listed.
• Knowledge of structural, MEP, facade and landscape drawings from external consultants.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Should be able to work in the team as well as alone, strong drafting abilities.
• The candidate should possess the following skill set: Auto CAD (Must), Google Sketch up, Corel Draw, Photoshop and MS Office, etc.
• Knowledge of Revit Architecture shall be an added advantage.
• Candidates must be punctual.
• Understanding of structural, MEP, facade and landscape drawings (external consultant's drawings).

Education and experience:

• At least HSC passed with an Autocad certification course from a reputed institute.
• Should have a minimum fo 5 years experience with architectural consultancy firms.
