Job summary

Pyramid Lifestyle LTD in Pune is seeking a dynamic Sales Leader to head end-to-end commercial real estate sales for large office developments. You will build and manage relationships with corporates, investors, channel partners, and HNIs to drive multi-project closures.

The role focuses on leading a sales team, setting KPIs, and coordinating with legal, finance, CRM, and marketing to ensure revenue, bookings, and collections targets are met across several upcoming projects.

Qualifications

• 10-15+ years of relevant experience in commercial real estate sales.
• Prior experience in Commercial Real Estate Sales, preferably with large-scale projects.
• Demonstrated experience in handling and leading a sales team.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end commercial real estate sales.
• Generate and manage relationships with corporates, investors, channel partners, HNIs, and institutional clients.
• Drive sales of office space across large projects (30 lakh sqft across 4 upcoming projects).
• Achieve revenue, booking, and collection targets.
• Execute sales strategies and maintain a robust closure pipeline.
• Lead, train, and mentor the commercial sales team.
• Set KPIs, review performance, and improve conversion ratios.
• Develop broker, IPC, and channel networks; coordinate with legal, finance, CRM, and marketing teams.

Sales Leadership & Business Development

• Lead end-to-end commercial real estate sales

• Drive sales of office, IT park - ranging 30lakh sqft (4 upcoming big projects)
• Achieve revenue, booking, and collection targets
• Execute sales strategies and manage a robust closure pipeline

Team Handling & Performance Management

• Lead, train, and mentor the commercial sales team
• Set KPIs, review performance, and improve conversion ratios
• Ensure adherence to sales processes and best practices

Client, Channel & Stakeholder Management

• Manage corporate, institutional, and HNI clients
• Develop strong broker, IPC, and channel partner networksLead deal negotiations and coordinate with legal, finance, CRM, and marketing teams

Preferred candidate profile

• 10-15+ years of relevant experience in commercial real estate sales
