To prepare PRN for Service Reports, Job measurements, PTW issuing & closing, project execution. Keep project documentation update.
The position is responsible for all project activities of mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, civil, construction and execution.
To prepare the project w.r.t user requirement & accordingly prepare the P& ID, material’s Bill of Quantity, Activities Gantt Chart & Estimation cost of project.
To prepare or check the specifications & keep technical records separately for each project.
To co-ordinate with internal customers as well as contracting team by coordination with engineering/production department & to ensure all planned activities should be complete within allocated timeline.
To guides and supervises the engineering contractor during engineering phases and supports for understanding of ESHQ guidelines during PTW [Permit To Work] process.
To prepare EPIC [Enhanced Project and Investment controlling] /PR [Purchase Requisition] /GRN [Goods Received Note] for all project procurement through ERP system.
To ensure statutory compliance before start of Project Execution & also keep, maintain all project documentation up to date in the system.
To prepare Monthly cost Reports in coordination with Finance team which shall also include the Project status, action plan on delayed items & Budget vs Actual comparison sheet & provides quality-related documents and supports the qualification phases (DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ) of an investment project.
To prepare & monitor the budget vs actual sheet of all projects on monthly basis to track.
To upgrade the safety standards of ECI, follow & execute project activities as per ECI Safety guideline
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Chemical, or Mechanical).
Minimum 7 to 8 years of experience in the chemical industry.
Must have prior experience working on projects for chemical companies.
Ability to work effectively under pressure.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Relevant technical knowledge and competency in applying problem-solving tools.
Proactive, open, honest, and respectful in interactions, with a willingness to support others.
Commitment to adhering to and monitoring compliance with all required safety standards in the plant as per process requirements.
Proficient in Project Management, SAP, and design tools such as AutoCAD or Pro Catia.
Familiarity with 5S methodology and the ability to apply Cause & Effect tools for problem-solving.
Basic knowledge of environmental protection units and understanding of legal requirements applicable to the site.
