Job Description / Responsibilities

• Key account management.
• Business Development for Maharashtra & India.
• Should be well versed with Indian flexible packaging market specifically Pouching.
• Client servicing of existing clients.
• Follow ups with Internal & External stakeholders.
• Preparation of MIS reports.
• Must be well versed with ERP system, Microsoft Office, email to generate reports and leading the team.
• Work with team members to establish goals and advise on ways to improve performance, achieve goals and help sales to obtain expected quotas
• Develop strategic and tactical sales initiatives that meet or exceed budget objectives for profitable short- and long-term goals and market share objectives.

Qualification

Qualification: Graduate /MBA in Marketing.

Experience

Experience: 5+ years in Marketing (Flexibles packaging).
