• Objective - To ensure timely execution of packaging product development leads received by company's global & local teams & ensure successful product launches.
• Education - B.Tech. / B.E. Printing /packaging
• Industry - Packaging Industry (mandatory requirement)
• Company Profile- US based MNC
• CTC-upto 5 LPA

Roles and Responsibilities -

• Actively coordinate with company's global & local teams on new products, tenders, special project developments to achieve company strategic business plans.
• Deployment of newly developed product from Order placement to dispatch.
• Ensure to find best raw material supply lines in terms of specification, price & delivery. Ensure raw material availability for first order deployment.
• Ensure to run accurate costing with most cost-effective production process and raw material.
• To ensure an effective records & file maintain system for data & design accuracy.
• Carry out product development meetings in regular time frames with global/local teams to improve the conversion rate of samples to bulk.
• Possess strong customer and product knowledge, working across functions to ensure items are setup efficiently and accurately.
• Provides consistent information coming from counterpart, sales to process owners (Designers, Quality, CS)
• Carry out product re-engineering programs to increase the profit margins & operational effectiveness by liaising with global/local teams
• Ensure to follow best practices in safety, compliance & quality of service.
• Responsible for notifying managers on any environmental impact & or safety issues in the surrounding environment.
• Responsible for complying with all safety guidelines established by the Company, including proper use of safety equipment and relevant safety procedures.
• Perform any other duties as appropriately may be assigned by the Management.
