Job summary

Maxx Gro is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional to lead end-to-end recruitment across Sales, Corporate, and Plant functions in Haryana. The role involves partnering with HODs to define manpower needs and priorities, while building robust pipelines via Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and consultancies.

You will manage sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers, and joining follow-up, ensuring timely closures with a focus on quality and candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit end-to-end across levels for Sales, Corporate and Plant functions.
• Partner with HODs and business leaders to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
• Build strong talent pipelines through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, databases, consultants and other sourcing channels.
• Manage the complete recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection, offer negotiation and joining follow-up.
• Ensure timely closure of positions while focusing on quality, cost and candidate experience.
• Support recruitment drives, campus hiring, job fairs and other TA initiatives.
• Maintain accurate recruitment MIS and provide regular hiring updates to stakeholders.

• Candidates from FMCG, Agro Chemicals, Agri Inputs, Food Processing, Agriculture or related industries will be preferred.
