Job summary

Rashmi Metaliks is seeking a seasoned Geologist to oversee resource modelling and grade control for graphite deposits. You will guide the onsite Geological team, build 3D models, and plan near-mine drilling programs with strict QA/QC for carbon content.

Experience in graphite mining projects in India or abroad, and proficiency with AutoCAD, ArcGIS, and Surpac are required. 5–10 years of field experience is expected. This is an on-site role at mining operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in Graphite mining projects (India/abroad).
• 5–10 years of field geology experience required.
• Onsite supervision of drilling, sampling, data logging, and MIS tasks.
• Proficiency with mining software such as AutoCAD, ArcGIS, Surpac.

Build and update 3D geological and block models. Plan near-mine exploration and core‑drilling programs. Oversee sample preparation, laboratory assay protocols, and QA/QC verification for carbon content.

Proficiency in mining software like AutoCAD, Arc GIS, Surpac & Other relevant software.

Key Deliverables- Action areas :

• Experience in critical minerals, especially in Graphite Minerals in India / Abroad.
• Expertise in Exploration & prospecting of Graphite minerals (G4 to G1 level).
• Onsite Monitoring & prospecting supervisory of work for Drilling, Core Collection, Data Logging, MIS etc.
• Coordination with local stakeholders, Consultant, Authorities for fast execution of work.
• AutoCAD, Arc GIS, Surpac & Other relevant software.
• 5 to 10 yrs
