Capital Placement Services is seeking an AM/DM for the Engineering Maintenance department with 15+ years of experience in chemical/agrochemical industries. The role leads mechanical, civil, electrical and instrumentation maintenance and drives preventive and predictive programs.

The incumbent will develop plant-wide maintenance plans, supervise root-cause analysis, manage budgets, coordinate with external service providers and ensure adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in chemical/agrochemical industry.
• Experience as department head for maintenance.
• Must have experience in mechanical, civil, electrical & instrumentation maintenance.

Responsabilités

• Lead the maintenance department (mechanical, civil, electrical & instrumentation).
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all equipment.
• Attend breakdowns and perform root cause analysis with corrective actions.
• Manage budgets and coordinate external AMCs and service calls.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Please mention in below table)Leading the overall maintenance dept. (mechanical, civil, electrical & instrumentation).To ensure best health of equipment by having regular Preventive Planned maintenance activities. Execution of improvement projects as when required.To develop and implement plant wise preventive maintenance schedule for all equipments and ensure its implementation.To attend any break down and followed with detailed root cause analysis.Responsible to ensure that all equipment operate as per set standard condition and take a call for planned maintenance to carry of any deviation.Strategize on maintenance, work instruction and methods.Establish maintenance strategies to install and commission equipment.Create plant preventative maintenance procedures.Plan routine maintenance of plant equipment and machinery.Analyze breakdowns, diagnose faults and supervise time critical equipment repairs.Oversee and control maintenance costs.Manage budget for current and future equipment upgrades and replacements.Prepare annual preventive maintenance plan.Co-ordinate with external agencies for AMCs, Service calls, Testing, etc.Support production / maintenance team during heavy job / equipments setups.Ensure identification of machines which are not working / under maintenance.Responsible to handle all the dripline plant maintenance activities . mechanical, civil, electrical & instrumentation.Govt. Liaisoning of L etc.Prepare SOP; s for plant maintenance procedures.Ensure the adherence of all the process safety parameters.
