Responsibilities

• Ensure high availability of machines for production.

• Generate purchase orders for services and ensure timely availability.
• Report daily shutdown/turnaround progress.
• Prepare shutdown/turnaround completion reports for dept heads.
• Ensure safe, timely maintenance in central workshop.
• Prepare daily maintenance observation reports and KPI reports.
• Support maintenance lead in managing maintenance masters.
• Maintain tools and optimize spares usage without affecting equipment performance.

Job Profile
