Capital Placement Services Gurgaon is seeking an AM/DM - Engineering to head the Maintenance department in a chemical/agrochemical setting. The role demands 15+ years of relevant experience and at least 5 years as a department head, overseeing mechanical, civil, electrical and instrumentation maintenance.

You will drive preventive maintenance, cost control, and coordination with external service providers, while ensuring safety standards and plant reliability.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have 15+ years of experience in a chemical/agrochemical setting.
• At least 5 years of experience as a department head is required.
• Experience across mechanical, civil, electrical & instrumentation maintenance.

Responsabilités

• Lead the overall maintenance department (mechanical, civil, electrical & instrumentation).
• Implement preventive planned maintenance activities to keep equipment healthy.
• Develop plant-wide preventive maintenance schedules and ensure implementation.
• Attend breakdowns and perform root cause analysis.
• Manage maintenance budgets and control costs for current and future upgrades.
• Coordinate with external agencies for AMCs, service calls, and testing.
• Prepare annual preventive maintenance plans and SOPs for plant maintenance.
• Ensure adherence to key process safety parameters.

Job Title: AM/DM - Engineering

Experience Required: 15+ YRS Experience in Chemical/Agrochemical Company is must. At least 5 years working as a dept head.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Please mention in below table)

• Leading the overall maintenance dept. (mechanical, civil, electrical & instrumentation).
• To ensure best health of equipment by having regular Preventive Planned maintenance activities. Execution of improvement projects as when required.
• To develop and implement plant wise preventive maintenance schedule for all equipments and ensure its implementation.
• To attend any break down and followed with detailed root cause analysis.
• Responsible to ensure that all equipment operate as per set standard condition and take a call for planned maintenance to carry of any deviation.
• Strategize on maintenance, work instruction and methods.
• Establish maintenance strategies to install and commission equipment.
• Create plant preventative maintenance procedures.
• Plan routine maintenance of plant equipment and machinery.
• Analyze breakdowns, diagnose faults and supervise time critical equipment repairs.
• Oversee and control maintenance costs.
• Manage budget for current and future equipment upgrades and replacements.
• Prepare annual preventive maintenance plan.
• Co-ordinate with external agencies for AMCs, Service calls, Testing, etc.
• Support production / maintenance team during heavy job / equipments setups.
• Ensure identification of machines which are not working / under maintenance.
• Responsible to handle all the dripline plant maintenance activities i.e. mechanical, civil, electrical & instrumentations.
• Govt. Liaisoning of GIDC.DGVCL etc.
• Prepare SOP; s for plant maintenance procedures.
• Ensure the adherence of all the process safety parameters.
