YAZAKI INDIA Private Limited in Pune, India, seeks an Asst. Manager for Quality Function to handle Head Quarter activities for the Commercial Vehicle Business and to support the Plant Quality team to achieve Customer Satisfaction and organizational quality targets.

Key responsibilities include customer meetings/audits/complaint action plans, WH QA activities, internal process audits, pre-audit checks, deployment of actions across plants, monitoring quality data, and driving improvement plans

Responsibilities

• Customer meeting / Audit / complaint action plan submission
• WH QA related activity (Control plan / Inspection standards document preparation / review)
• Internal process audit check sheet preparation / audit as per check sheet
• Pre-audit as per customer check sheet
• Horizontal deployment of actions (Japan / YIPL plants) in other plants
• Quality performance data monitoring & review with plant QA
• Improvement plan preparation / follow up / compliance
• Full time involvement from initial stage to till SOP
