Job summary

Uno Minda Group in Pune district seeks a Quality Planning & Execution professional to drive quality initiatives across the plant. You will deploy quality improvement plans, interact with customers on quality issues, and review layouts and parts for regular production.

You will manage quality systems, audits, and ISO/quality safety activities while ensuring timely closure of non-conformities and boosting CSR alignment. The role also covers new product quality and training programs.

Responsibilities

• Deployment of Quality Improvement Plans for customer awards in plant.
• Customer visits and interactions for regular products' quality issues.
• Review layout and inspection of in-house parts and BO parts for regular parts.
• Review supplier system audits as per plan.
• Review key gaps through dashboards and seek action plans from RQC/MQC/QA.
• Ensure deployment of best quality tools and statistical processes for a stable process.
• Ensure calibration plan adherence.
• Review timely updation of CSRs in MSM and support other functions in aligning CSR expectations.
• Initial supply quality control after SOP for new product.
• Ensure management reviews conducted as per plan.
• Review process and product audits.
• Review deployment of QMS requirements across all plant processes.
• Conduct and review internal systems (IATF/MSM) audits.
• Support Safety Officer in ISO 14001/45001 activities.
• Timely closure of internal/external NCs and observations.
• Coordinate Customer QAV audits.
• Accountable for leading quality activities from HVPT stage.
• Ensure employee participation in training per the calendars.
• Review effectiveness of Quality DOJO.
• Set up new DOJO, periodic upgrades, and maintenance.
• Skill upgradation including test and certification/qualification.
