Tata AutoComp Hendrickson Suspensions Private Limited (THSL) designs and manufactures heavy-duty suspension systems tailored to Indian operating conditions. We leverage Hendrickson Tech­ nologies to deliver durable, high‑performance solutions for trucks, tippers, and buses across India.

We are seeking an experienced Field Service Team Lead to interact with OEMs, manage a small team, and drive warranty issue closure, while participating in new product development and field training.

Qualifications

• Experience in field service for automotive OEMs.
• Proven ability to lead a small team and manage field operations.
• Willingness to travel across West Zone (Gujarat, Maharashtra & Madhya Pradesh)

Responsibilities

• Interact with OEM customers for warranty concerns and issue closure.
• Lead zone team to fix customer issues quickly and improve processes.
• Participate in new product development and provide input during validation.
• Ensure product awareness training in the field.
• Capture competitor information through benchmarking.
• Identify emerging applications and new product issues for all OEMs.
• Coordinate retro activities in chosen zones.
• Manage a team of 2–3 people and attend field issues with service TAT.

Key Responsibilities

• A) Frequently Interact with OEM customer for Customer warranty concern, & closure of issues
• B) Lead Zone team to fix customer issues fast, ensure end customer satisfaction, and improve processes within TAT Responsibility
• C) Participate in New product development & ensure proper input during Validation of the product.
• D) Ensure product awareness training in field
• E) Capture competitor information through benchmarking.
• F) Capture Emerging applications & New Product issues for all OEMs.
• G) Ensure Retro activity, if initiated in specific zone.
• H) Mange a team of 2-3 people
• i) Attend field issues & closure. Monitor Service TAT ( Turn-Around-Time)
