Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Own inventory control across sites with ERP-based controls.
  • Monitor monthly COGS and variance drivers; translate cost movements into reports.
  • Track GRN and GI transactions; escalate gaps for accuracy and compliance.
  • Review business cases, rate proposals, and pricing models for margin.
  • Lead AOP preparation and monitor budgets and approvals.
  • Validate purchase orders against budgets and approvals.
  • Prepare site-wise margin and variance analysis with root-cause actions.
  • Conduct site visits and audits; drive inventory control improvements.

It is responsible for maintaining the accuracy of costing, inventory control, and margin reporting across multiple sites.The position works closely with Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to strengthen financial discipline, improve cost visibility, and support better business decisions. It plays a key part in ensuring COGS accuracy, GRN/GI discipline, budget adherence, and cost governance.ManagementThe scope also includes support for the Annual Operating Plan, site-level margin analysis, and process improvement initiatives.
