Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, business informatics, accounting, or a comparable field.
  • 5+ years of experience implementing and operating IT financial management processes in globally active companies.
  • Strong experience working in international, cross-functional teams.
  • Strong knowledge of financial and data analytics tools including SAP FI, SAP CO, and PowerBI.
  • Business fluency in English.

Responsibilities

  • Help implement a global IT financial management process, including status assessment, process design, benchmarking, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Build reporting structures that improve visibility into cost allocation, charging, and consumption-based IT spend.
  • Identify and introduce digital solutions that streamline controlling and reporting workflows.
  • Track productivity measures and maintain their status in internal systems.
  • Support business cases, make-or-buy decisions, and insource/outsource evaluations.
  • Assist service owners and stakeholders with procurement activities, including PO creation and invoicing.
  • Contribute to a more data-driven decision-making culture across the organization.

Its purpose is to improve transparency around cost structures and help the business make better decisions through stronger reporting, automation, and data-driven analysis.You will help shape and implement a broader IT financial management process, from reviewing current practices to defining workflows, benchmarking, reporting, and engaging stakeholders.
