Emedlife is looking for a Lead - Business Development to join our team. In this role, the person will be responsible for making outbound calls creating leads through social media, and working with assigned data to set up in person meetings.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers using assigned data to generate leads for insurance products. Effectively introduce the company to potential clients for setting up meetings.
• Identify customer needs and maintain proper records.
• Update and maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system. Regularly report progress and challenges to the manager.
• Handle customer queries and follow up to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
