Manager/Senior Manager Duties and Responsibilities

1. Seek, process, and execute client requests.
2. Answer queries regarding products/services, processes, and direct them to Senior Management if required.
3. Assist clients in using services and inform them about new features.
4. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment of product orders/services.
5. Customize insurance programs to suit individual clients.
6. Maintain trackers and reports for client interactions and product/service usage.
7. Collect feedback and resolve client complaints.
