Job summary

Noventiq India in Mumbai is seeking a senior HR professional to drive Compensation, Benefits, Performance Management, and Rewards initiatives across One Noventiq India.

You will partner with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, Finance and Business Leaders to design scalable Total Rewards programs that attract, retain, and engage talent within IT/tech environments.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related discipline.
• 6-10 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards, or HR Consulting.
• Strong understanding of compensation structures, benchmarking, incentive design, job evaluation, and benefits management.
• Experience with HRMS platforms, preferably Darwinbox.
• Advanced Excel and analytical skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and project management capabilities.
• Experience in IT/Technology organizations will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and continuously enhance compensation structures and salary frameworks for One Noventiq India.
• Develop and maintain salary ranges, job architecture, and compensation guidelines across functions and grades.
• Conduct internal and external benchmarking to ensure competitiveness, internal equity, and market alignment.
• Participate in compensation surveys and analyze market data to provide insights and recommendations.
• Support annual compensation planning, salary increase cycles, and policy development.
• Provide compensation recommendations for offers, promotions, internal movements, and retention cases.

Job Purpose

The role will be responsible for driving Compensation, Benefits, Performance Management, Market Benchmarking, and Rewards initiatives across One Noventiq India. The incumbent will partner with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and Business Leaders to design and implement competitive and scalable Total Rewards programs that support business growth, talent attraction, retention, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Compensation & Rewards

• Design, implement, and continuously enhance compensation structures and salary frameworks for One Noventiq India.
• Develop and maintain salary ranges, job architecture, and compensation guidelines across functions and grades.
• Conduct internal and external benchmarking to ensure competitiveness, internal equity, and market alignment.
• Participate in compensation surveys and analyze market data to provide insights and recommendations.
• Support annual compensation planning, salary increase cycles, and policy development.

• Drive benefits harmonization and optimization initiatives across Noventiq India entities.
• Evaluate existing benefits programs and recommend market-aligned enhancements.
• Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure effective benefits administration and governance.

Performance Management & KPI Frameworks

• Support the design and implementation of KPI frameworks for Noventiq and group entities.
• Recommend industry best practices in performance management and reward linkage.
• Ensure alignment between performance outcomes and reward programs.

Sales Incentives & Bonus Programs

• Support the design, implementation, and governance of quarterly and annual sales incentive plans.
• Analyze sales performance data and recommend incentive structures aligned with business goals.
• Assist in annual bonus planning and payout governance.
