Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation invites applications for an Assistant Manager – Butler to lead the luxury butler service at our upscale properties, ensuring impeccable guest experiences.

You will assist the Butler Manager to supervise the team, manage inventories, coordinate dining and-room service, and uphold Hyatt standards while delivering personalized hospitality with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Ideally with a relevant degree, apprenticeship or diploma in Hospitality or hotel management.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience as Assistant Manager – Butler or 2 years' experience as Team Leader - Butler in a luxury hotel.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Butler Manager to lead the team and deliver independent butler services.
• Ensure guest satisfaction while operating within budget and maintaining inventory.
• Coordinate scheduling, planning, and seamless hotel operations.
• Maintain high standards of service and handle guest complaints effectively.

You will be responsible forthe efficient running ofthe department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies andbrand standards, whilst meetingemployee, guest and owner expectations. The Assistant Manager - Butler will assist the Butler Manager to manage and delegate the team as a successful independent butler services, in line with the Hyatt's operating concept and Hyatt International standards, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction while operating within budget and maintaining inventory and supplies, helping to ensure the seamless hotel operations through proficient organizational, planning and excellent guest complaint handling skills. Should have attention to detail and the ability to multitask while maintaining positive attitude.

Qualifications

Ideally with a relevant degree, apprenticeship or diploma in Hospitality or hotel management. Minimum 1 year of work experience as Assistant Manager – Butler or 2 years' experience as Team Leader - Butler in a luxury hotel with excellent standards. Vast knowledge of various cuisines, wines and dining standards. Butler training programme certification will be an added advantage.
