Job summary

Suguna Foods is seeking an experienced professional to lead and manage a Broiler Breeder Branch across Tamil Nadu. You will be responsible for achieving production targets, maintaining SOPs, and ensuring breed standards such as HHHE, liveability, CPP, and hatchability.

The role requires 5+ years of broiler breeder experience, strong coaching and interpersonal skills, and fluent Tamil. You will regularly visit farms, manage inventories, and train in-charges to hit targets at their farms.

Qualifications

• Graduate with minimum 5+ years of experience in handling Broiler Breeder Operations, preferably in laying farm.
• Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.
• Problem-solving ability.
• Spoken Tamil is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Manage a Broiler Breeder Branch and ensure production targets.
• Ensure breed STDs with respect to HHHE, Liveability, CPP, Hatchability.
• Control cost of production per HE within targets.
• Maintain SOPs at all branch farms.
• Educate/train farm in-charges to achieve production targets.
• Maintain optimum inventory of farm materials and vaccines; raise indents.
• Conduct regular farm visits and submit branch performance reports.
• Ensure smooth operations and production of allotted branch farms.

Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for handling a Broiler Breeder Branch
• Major accountability - Ensuring breed STDs with respect to HHHE, Liveability, CPP, Hatchability
• Responsible for ensuring the cost of production per HE is with in the Targeted Value
• Responsible for maintaining our SOP at all the Branch farms
• Responsible for educating / training all farm incharges for achieving our Production Targets at their respective farms
• Responsible for ensuring optimum inventory for all farm needy materials, medicine, Egg Trays, Packing Materials and Vaccine. And raising on time indent for all farm requirements
• Regular Farm Visit
• On time submission of all necessary reports with respect to Branch performance
• Over all responsible for the smooth operations and Production of the allotted branch farms

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate with minimum 5 Plus years of experience in handling Broiler Breeder Operations, preferable in laying farm.
• Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.
• Problem-solving ability
• Spoken Tamil is mandatory
