About the Role

We're looking for a sharp, hands‑on Assistant Manager, Affiliate Operations & Client Success to run affiliate campaign delivery and keep advertisers well-served and growing. The role is roughly 60% operations, setup, tracking, and delivery, and 40% client success, relationships, reporting, and growth support. It suits someone early in their career who wants to build across both the technical and the commercial side rather than specialise in just one.

This is affiliate and performance operations, not display or programmatic ad trafficking. You'll live in postbacks, server-to-server tracking, conversion and payout reconciliation, and affiliate network setup, and you'll be the day-to-day contact keeping advertisers informed and their campaigns performing.

What You'll Do

Affiliate Operations

• Own day-to-day affiliate campaign setup, tracking implementation, and delivery across your accounts.
• Implement and troubleshoot conversion tracking, postbacks, server-to-server (S2S) integrations, and pixel/tag setup.
• Handle payout reconciliation, offer setup, and campaign QA across affiliate networks and platforms (Impact, CJ, Tune/HasOffers, Trackier, or similar).
• Work with MMP/attribution tools (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, Singular, or similar) for mobile campaign tracking and attribution.
• Monitor campaign health, traffic quality, compliance, and delivery; catch and fix discrepancies early.
• Coordinate with the tech and automation team on integrations and tooling.

Client Success

• Be the day-to-day point of contact for your advertisers, keeping them informed, responsive, and well-served.
• Prepare performance reports and business reviews, and translate the data into clear updates and recommendations.
• Build genuine working relationships with advertiser and agency contacts.

Account Growth

• Watch account performance and surface growth opportunities, new categories, more campaigns, better terms, to the senior leads.
• Spot declining accounts early and flag them before they churn.
• Support the senior team's growth and expansion plays with the account knowledge and data you hold.
• Over time, take on more of the growth conversation directly as you develop.

What Success Looks Like

• Campaigns delivered accurately and on time; tracking and payouts clean (delivery SLAs met).
• Advertisers well-served, responsive relationships, discrepancies resolved quickly.
• Account health tracked, with opportunities and risks surfaced proactively.
• Steady growth in the accounts you support, and steady growth in what you can own.

Who You Are

• 2 to 5 years in affiliate operations, performance marketing operations, affiliate account management, or a related digital role.
• Hands‑on with affiliate campaign delivery: conversion tracking, postbacks, S2S integrations, payout reconciliation, and campaign QA.
• Understands affiliate/performance cost models (CPS, CPC, CPL, CPA, CPC, RevShare) and how payouts and margins work.
• Familiar with affiliate networks and platforms (Impact, CJ, Tune/HasOffers, Trackier, or similar) and MMP/attribution tools (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, or similar), or able to learn them fast.
• Good with people and data both: can talk to an advertiser and read a performance report.
• Organised and reliable under multiple moving parts; catches details.
• Eager to grow into a broader operations-and-commercial role over time. .
