Job summary

Lokmat Media Pvt. Ltd in Thane is seeking an experienced Print Advertising Sales Executive to drive revenue and build strong client relationships. You will identify opportunities, present advertising solutions, and close deals to meet monthly targets.

You will manage campaigns, coordinate with internal teams, and explore integrated Print + Digital opportunities while maintaining accurate sales MIS and payments follow-up.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communication or related field.
• 3-7 years of experience in media/advertising sales, preferably print media.
• Good understanding of print advertising products and sales processes.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Good client relationship and business development capabilities.
• Target-oriented and proactive approach.
• Ability to work independently as well as with a sales team.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and sales MIS/CRM tools.

Job description

• Drive print advertising sales and achieve assigned revenue targets.
• Develop new client relationships and strengthen existing accounts.
• Executing advertising campaigns and achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual print advertising sales targets.
• Generate new business through client acquisition, market visits, references and networking.
• Manage and grow relationships with assigned categories clients and media agencies.
• Understand client requirements and prepare customized advertising proposals.
• Present advertising solutions, negotiate commercials and close deals within approved guidelines.
• Promote print products, special supplements, premium positions and bringing Events sponsorship
• Develop repeat business and increase revenue from existing clients.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular sales forecasts and MIS.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and advertising opportunities.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and follow up on outstanding dues with the finance team.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, bookings, billing and payment collections.
• Support Senior/Manager Ad Sales in major pitches, key accounts and special campaigns.
• Explore opportunities for integrated Print + Digital wherever applicable.
