Job summary

EXL in India is seeking an Accounts Receivable professional to manage cash applications, billing, and related reporting. The role involves processing client invoices, handling unallocated cash, and resolving disputes with customers and sites.

You will support journal uploads and month-end close activities while maintaining aging reports and ensuring timely payments. The candidate will communicate with clients via email, monitor payments, and assist in maintaining accurate AR figures for monthly

Qualifications

• Experience in Accounts Receivable, especially cash apps, billing, exception handling, and reporting.
• Prepare client fees/invoices and process cash applications.
• Handle unallocated cash and dispute resolution with sites/customers.
• Perform journal uploads and month end close activities.
• Maintain aging reports and periodic reporting.
• Communicate with customers via email and track payments.

Job description

• Prior experience in Accounts Receivable functions, especially CASH APPS , Billing, Exception handling, Reporting activities. Billing knowledge is preferred
• Prepare Client Fees / invoices.
• Process cash application, unallocated cash
• Dispute resolution by raising queries to sites / customers.
• Journal Uploads
• Contact with customers via email etc.
• Tracking client invoices, managing, and maintaining client payments
• Month end close activities.
• Aging report preparation, maintenance, and periodic reporting
