Spml-Infra-Ltd is seeking a qualified professional to oversee the testing lab operations and support product validation across battery storage technologies. The role focuses on developing test plans, analyzing data, and coordinating with R&D and quality teams to ensure compliant product progression.

The candidate will ensure safe lab practices, calibration of equipment, and active involvement in regulatory testing and industry-standard updates to support ongoing product improvements.

Competenze

• 2–5 years of experience as an Electrical Engineer in Battery/Solar Grid.
• 4–9 years in electric engineering in Battery/Automotive.

• Managed day-to-day operations of the testing lab, ensuring safe practices and compliance with standards (IEC, UL, ISO).
• Develop test plans and protocols for performance, environmental, and safety testing.
• Analyze test data, prepare detailed reports, and communicate findings to design and quality teams.

Section III: Do – Key Activitiesand responsibilities of the role

• Manageday-to-day operations of the testing lab, ensuring safe practices andcompliance with standards (e.g., IEC, UL, ISO).
• Developtest plans and protocols for performance, environmental, and safety testing.
• Analyzetest data, prepare detailed reports, and communicate findings to design andquality teams.
• Supportroot cause analysis for test failures and assist in implementing correctiveactions.
• Coordinatewith R&D, product engineering, and quality teams for new product developmentand improvement projects.
• Ensurecalibration and maintenance of all test equipment and infrastructure.
• Participatein regulatory compliance and certification testing.
• Monitorindustry trends, standards, and innovations in battery storage technologies.
• Handling the machines and its operations as per standards andmonitor the records which are defined for product validation cycle andprepare the reports , responsible for getting the product to be validated inthird party labs as per standard requirement.
