Job summary

Ex seeks a diligent Compliance Professional to oversee regulatory and contractual compliance within the assigned business area. You will guide operational teams during audits, act as an independent reviewer, and drive actions to close gaps and strengthen controls.

You will develop and monitor remediation plans, craft regular compliance reports for leadership, and deliver awareness programs to embed a culture of compliance across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Providing compliance oversight and guidance to operational teams during internal and external audits, reviews, and assessments.
• Acting as an independent review and evaluation function to ensure that compliance-related issues and concerns are appropriately identified, assessed, investigated, and resolved in a timely manner.
• Identifying potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk, and developing, implementing, and monitoring corrective action plans to address identified gaps and mitigate future risks.
• Preparing and delivering regular compliance reports, dashboards, and management updates to keep senior leadership informed of compliance activities, key risks, emerging issues, and the progress of remediation efforts.
• Conducting compliance awareness, education, and training programs to promote a strong culture of compliance and ensure employees understand their responsibilities regarding regulatory, contractual, and organizational requirements.
• Partnering with stakeholders across business functions to enhance governance frameworks, strengthen risk management practices, and drive continuous improvement in compliance processes.

Job description

This role is primarily responsible for ensuring adherence to operational and process controls, service delivery standards, fraud risk management requirements, client contractual obligations, and organizational policies and procedures within the assigned business area.
