Job summary

Kotak Mahindra Bank is seeking a compliance professional in Mumbai to manage governance processes and prepare governance reporting. You will coordinate regulatory submissions, track findings, and support policy management with stakeholders.

Join a dynamic compliance team responsible for MIS, dashboards, and cross-functional coordination across business, risk, audit, legal, and operations to ensure regulatory readiness and timely closures of action plans.

Responsibilities

• Manage governance processes, trackers, and certifications of the compliance department.
• Prepare governance reporting (Board, ACB etc.) for the Compliance department basis inputs from the sub-units.
• Coordinate regulatory submissions, returns, and reporting.
• Track compliance observations, audit findings, and action plan closures.
• Prepare compliance MIS, dashboards, and management presentations.
• Administer changes to Compliance Policy management, Manuals, SOPs etc. with relevant stakeholder input.
• Support internal compliance teams in ongoing activities e.g. and implementation dashboards, MI, trackers etc.
• Coordinate with business, risk, audit, legal, and operations teams on compliance matters.
• Assist, as required, in regulatory inspections, audits,compliance reviews etc.
