Job summary

Seinumero Nirman seeks an automotive quality specialist to strengthen process and product quality in line with IATF 16949 and OEM requirements.

You will drive APQP/PPAP activities, lead PFMEA and Control Plan development, manage SPC/MSA, and guide 8D problem solving and fishbone analyses for continuous improvement across casting and machining operations, with a focus on reducing defects and improving quality metrics.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of IATF 16949 and customer-specific requirements.
• Hands-on expertise in APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, SPC and MSA.
• Experience in casting and machining processes in the automotive industry.
• Strong experience in customer complaint handling, 8D, 5-Why and Fishbone analysis.
• Knowledge of GD&T, dimensional control and inspection techniques.
• Experience in audits across process, product, internal, supplier, customer and certification domains.
• Knowledge of supplier quality management and corrective action follow-up.
• Experience in reducing rejection, scrap, rework and PPM.
