Job summary

Pinnacle Info Services is seeking a quality professional to ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and lead key quality initiatives across APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, SPC, and MSA. The role focuses on monitoring the quality of cast and machined automotive components to meet exacting customer specifications, including 8D problem-solving.

The candidate should manage audits—product, internal, customer, supplier, dock, LPA, and third-party certifications (IATF, ISO)—and support supplier quality

Qualifications

• Experience in audits including product, internal, customer, supplier, dock, LPA, and third-party audits (IATF, ISO).
• Strong understanding of IATF 16949 and automotive quality processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, SPC, and MSA activities.
• Monitor and control the quality of cast and machined automotive components to meet customer specifications.
• Drive audit programs and coordinate with suppliers to ensure compliance.
