Job summary

Capri Global Capital (CGCL) in Jaipur is seeking a Finance Operations Professional to conduct site inspections and prepare detailed reports for disbursement and post-sanction activities. You will coordinate with credit and internal teams to ensure MIS verification and timely reporting.

The role requires a Graduate or M.Com. with at least 1 year of experience in retail construction finance, strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, and the ability to manage receipts, NOC

Qualifications

• Graduate or M.Com. in commerce or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Retail construction finance or a related area.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections location-wise and submit detailed reports.
• Prepare reports for tranche disbursement.
• Post sanction credit including MIS verification and issuance of reports to Credit team.
• Escrow operation and sweep management, NOC issuance, No Dues Issuance.
• Handle and reconcile receipts post-NOC issuance.
• Issue final NOC post receipt of Total Sales consideration.
• Follow-up for recovery and monitor DPD.
• Manage prepayment schedules and other data points as per periodical requirements.
• Interact and coordinate with various internal teams.
