Job summary

Mahathi Infra Services in Hyderabad seeks an experienced procurement professional with 8-12 years in procurement, purchase and supply chain for Oil & Gas EPC projects.

The role emphasizes RFQ, vendor development, negotiations, PO placement, expediting and SAP ERP usage to ensure on-time delivery and cost control across complex projects.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of relevant experience in Procurement / Purchase / Supply Chain.
• Strong experience in Oil & Gas, EPC, Engineering, Petrochemical, Refinery, Tankage, Pipeline, or Industrial Projects.
• Experience in procurement of project materials, equipment, fabricated items, piping materials, valves, mechanical equipment, electrical/instrumentation items, and services is preferred.
• Hands-on experience in RFQ, vendor development, TBE/CBE coordination, negotiation, PO placement, expediting, and delivery tracking.
• Experience with SAP MM / ERP will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Role focuses on procurement activities for project materials and services.
• Lead RFQ processes, vendor development, and commercial negotiations.
• Coordinate TBE/CBE activities and manage PO placement and expediting.
• Track delivery and ensure timely procurement through SAP ERP.
