Job summary

Infosys Limited in Chennai is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead environment management, change management, and release coordination for BPO TSO. You will coordinate with multiple teams to ensure smooth deployments across environments.

We expect 6–8 years of experience and hands-on work with ServiceNow, JIRA, and MS Project, supported by strong ITIL knowledge. Excellent communication, attention to detail, and ability to manage high-volume tasks under tight timelines are essential.

• Hands-on with ServiceNow (Change, Incident, Request modules).
• Working knowledge of JIRA.
• Hands on experience MS Project.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
• Experience in patch management, release coordination, and environment lifecycle management.
