Lumasonic Tech Rental Pvt Ltd is looking for a maintenance technician in Panaji, Goa. The role includes performing routine maintenance and repairs on equipment, assisting the Maintenance Manager, and ensuring a safe work environment. Candidates should have prior maintenance experience, preferably in the event industry, and sound knowledge of electrical systems.
A valid two-wheeler license is necessary, along with good communication and time management skills. The position emphasizes independent troubleshooting and contributing ideas in team meetings.
Attend regularly scheduled event office meets.
Assist the Maintenance Manager in identifying, assessing, and improving internal processes.
Ensure a safe and healthy work environment and compliance with all policies and procedures.
Inform the Senior Maintenance Technician regarding equipment procured and outgoing repairs.
Contribute to the team with ideas and suggestions that helps in achieving the desired goal.
Explore new technologies, practices, and techniques in the industry and look to develop and share relevant skills with colleagues.
Communicate to the Maintenance Technician in case of inventory unavailability due to maintenance or repair issues that may cause a delay in the event planning and execution.
Communicate with the relevant departmental heads regarding damage to equipment.
Perform routine maintenance and, maintains a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, and workstations neat and clean.
Assist the Maintenance Technician in inspecting the damaged equipment.
Assist in carrying out servicing and repairs of all equipment at authorized service centers.
Follow up with the service centers on the equipment sent out for service with regards to the cost, estimated delivery time, etc.
Update G-task and worksheet when equipment is sent out for servicing or repairs.
Visit the event site whenever urgent equipment repairs are required and assist in carrying out the necessary repair.
Assess deviation or malfunction in equipment that was marked as faulty onsite.
