You will review and draft contracts, ensure compliance with Indian laws, and coordinate with external stakeholders including customers, vendors and service providers.

Based in Chennai, the role involves licensing initiatives, regulatory updates, and liaising with authorities to mitigate legal risks.

Competenze

• Law Graduation from an institute of repute.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of all requisite Laws, Rules and Regulations related to the Food & Beverage industry for Patents, Trademarks, labeling etc.
• Extremely strong communication skills.
• Strong exposure in Corporate Legal Compliances, Adherence to the Statutory and regulatory Compliances of India.
• Adept in drafting and exposure to all kinds of contracts.
